Rules of after-sales service

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Users who purchase products through the official flagship store of Kujie in Tianmao Mall can enjoy unreasonable return service within 30 days from the date of signing and receiving. When returning the goods, the user must show the valid purchase certificate and return the invoice. The returned goods should be guaranteed to maintain the original quality and function, good appearance, complete trademarks and various labels of the goods themselves and accessories, and be returned together with gifts. If the goods are artificially damaged, the packing box is missing, and the spare parts are missing, no refund is allowed. Logistics expenses incurred when returning goods shall be borne by users. Within seven days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, the payment paid shall be returned to the user. The method of refund is the same as that of payment. The specific arrival date may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions.

2. Within 30 days from the date of user's signature and receipt, non-man-made damaged performance failures occur. After checking and confirming by Kujie after-sale service center, the customer is required to return the goods themselves, packaging and accessories. If there are gifts, they should be returned together. The logistics costs incurred when returning goods are borne by Kujie.

Non-warranty clause
